Last week it was my birthday, yeah I know, they seem to come more frequently as you grow older. Anyhow I decided to make some brownies. I had seen a recipe with black beans that I was curious to try. It’s not Paleo to eat beans and not peanuts either, but in this recipe there are no sugar,no grains and no milk products.
This is what you need
In you mixer put:
3 tablespoons with sugar free peanut butter
(If you want more sweetness ad 2 tablespoons with honey)
1 packet black bean in a can , 250 grams of beans, you have to wash them
3-4 tablespoons with espresso or at least strong coffee
3 tablespoons coconut oil
Mix this well until it gets really creamy
In another bowl you put:
1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons with cacao powder
1 teaspoon with vanilla powder
( I also added 3 teaspoon with bee pollen but that is up to you)
Blend it and add it into your mixer with the rest.
Just in the end you add 3 dl of salted peanuts and blend for a short time so they don’t end up in too small pieces.
Take a form 30×20 and put some baking paper into it. Pour your mixture in and even it out.
In the oven for 20 minutes
Serv it with some coconut cream that you mix with some frozen mangoes and vanilla powder.
